In the Philippines functions seven orthodox communities, three of which have a holy church. There are 4 orthodox Philippine priests and one orthodox Greek priest.

Charity work

In the Philippines functions:
1 Kindergarten School, ‘Theotokos Day Care School’, in the area of Bejada, Cataingan, Masbande, which is the offer of love of the four nuns of the Holy Monastery of the Birth of Theotokos to 70 poor children aged 4-6.

The program “Little Angels” which offers material help and psychological support to children of poor and homeless families, helping them to continue their studies so as not to remain in the streets and the dangers of the drugs and of the gangs. This program is realized in Manila with the contribution of the Holy Metropolitanate of Canada.
Also OMHKSEA takes care of the needs of the poor families. It maintains a feeding program and food and clothing distribution to poor families with many children who live in poor regions and offers them medical support. It houses homeless families who live in huts.
